Meaningful task force opportunity for students and early professionals

Are you a current DPT or PTA student?

Are you a recent graduate or have you been practicing as a DPT or PTA in the past 5 years?

The APTA Massachusetts Board of Directors has developed an opportunity for students and early-career professionals to get involved in an exciting project focused on increasing engagement and membership within APTA MA.

We’re forming a 15–20 member task force of PT / PTA students and PT / PTA early-career clinicians from across the state. The goal is to better understand what makes professional membership meaningful, and to help APTA MA create a stronger, more inclusive community for all.

As a member of this team / task force, you’ll:

  • Explore what makes a professional community valuable to you and your peers
  • Identify what would encourage more students and clinicians to join and stay engaged with APTA MA
  • Develop and present 1–3 proposals to the APTA MA Board of Directors
