Relying on Public Transportation? 5 minute walk from the 93 bus and 25 minute walk from North Station or Community College T stop. There is also a free MGH shuttle from North station (meets in front of CVS) to Navy Yard (intersection of Chelsea St and 5th St) and a 5 minute walk from there.
