If you are looking to enhance your clinical impact while improving workflow sustainability, this program provides practical tools you can apply immediately in patient care. This continuing education course is designed for all professionals seeking to refine clinical reasoning, streamline treatment planning, and enhance patient outcomes while reducing time and cognitive demands in daily practice.

 

Objectives
i. Define and understand efficiency as it relates to physical therapy practice.
ii. Define and understand process oriented thinking and how we can utilize it to refine our physical therapy practice.
iii. Utilize, among others, the pareto principle, analytical analysis, modern measurement equipment, radical honesty and pre-scripting to create more efficient practice patterns.

Presented by Kevin McEnroy, PT, DPT, SCS

Kevin received his Bachelor of Science degree in Neuroscience from Stonehill College in 2011 and his Doctor of Physical Therapy at the Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) Institute of Health Professions in 2017. Kevin was awarded the Mary Mankin Prize for clinical scholarship from the MGH Institute of Health Professions in 2017. He spent his full-time clinical internship year with Brigham and Women’s Hospital Rehabilitation in Foxboro in 2016, before joining the staff full-time in 2017. Kevin’s clinical interests and specialties include sports related injuries and return to play/competition and general orthopedics with a focus on knee/ankle conditions. Kevin also has a strong interest in evidence based practice and research methods and has taught and presented locally on topics related to evidence based practices and scientific literacy.
