Packages
All packages include a 6 ft table in our exhibit hall and continental breakfast.
Bag sponsor: $3,000
- Your logo will be exclusively displayed on one side of a bag and the APTAMA logo on the other. This tote will be given to every attendee.
Lunch Bag Sponsor: $3,000
- Your logo will be displayed on one side to the lunch bag and the APTAMA on the other side. Each attendee will receive a lunch bag.
Poster Presentation Sponsor: $2,000
- Your logo will be displayed on the poster bulletin boards in our Poster Presentation Hall.
Luncheon Sponsor: $2,000
- Your logo will be displayed at the front of the ballroom and you will be given limited time to speak to our lunch attendees.
Educational Track Sponsor: $1,500
- You may sponsor any educational track. Your logo will be displayed outside the room and you will have the opportunity to speak to the attendees at this session.
Vendor Hall Gift Sponsor: $1,500
- A name will be drawn during the vendor hall for an attendee visiting the exhibitor hall to win a gift such as an Apple iWatch from the sponsored vendor.
Vendor Break Sponsor: $1,000
- Your logo will be displayed during the vendor break in the vendor hall.
Exhibit table only: $375
- You will be given a 6 foot skirted table to display your products and literature. You will also be recognized in our brochure.
