Rent pool time by the hour in a facility specifically designed for Aquatics Therapy! 

This is a great opportunity for existing rehab professional or outpatient clinic to add aquatic therapy to it's repertoire of modalities or add a new geographic location to your existing aquatics program.  Aquatic therapy, growing in popularity with referral sources and patients alike, boasts higher patient compliance and speedy recovery.   

The state of the art facility, built in 2001, offers a heated 92 degree, 20' X 40' therapy pool (4' to 10' in depth),  purified by ozone ionization and handicapped accessible, three private changing rooms, one treatment room, office and additional space available, if needed.  This is the only aquatic therapy resource in the North Shore area offering a full-size, fully equipped therapy pool.   

Participating therapists can be connected to a strong referral base from surrounding hospitals, Docs and insurance companies, repeat patients and word of mouth.  As an added value, the facility will offer your clients open pool time and supervised exercise classes, with your approval. 

The facility is located on Route 1 in Ipswich, just north of Topsfield and convenient to anywhere on the North Shore.
